I've loved Jeffrey Hayden's food ever since he was running the kitchen at Boot & Shoe Service five years ago. He left to open Del Popolo, putting out some of the best food in San Francisco. Now he cooks at Henry's (go if you have not yet), and is planning to migrate south and open his own spot with good friend Tommy Kalb of Bar Agricole, and Vanessa Tilaka, head cheesemonger at Fisher's. In the tradition of Ordinaire pop-ups of yore, this is a chance to taste a bunch of new dishes from young, ambitious chefs, and drink some juice at retail markups. $50 tasting menu?
